The game is ready for beta-madness to begin! <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.galcon.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/galcon2ScreenSnapz018.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.galcon.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/galcon2ScreenSnapz018-300x238.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"galcon2ScreenSnapz018\" width=\"300\" height=\"238\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-604\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.galcon.com\/g2\/\">Check it out here<\/a>.  You&#8217;ll need to download the game, create a GALCON.COM account (if you don&#8217;t have one) and then activate your account to play.<\/p>\n<p>Stuff to check out:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Try different options in mod_classic, you can have huge maps with tons of planets!<br \/>\n&#8211; Try scrolling (hold down middle mouse button)<br \/>\n&#8211; Try zooming in\/out (press any mouse button and use the scroll wheel)<br \/>\n&#8211; Try modding the game!! (Inside the game package is mod_classic.lua, copy that file and start hacking!)  <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve got the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.galcon.com\/forums\/55\/56\/\">private forums<\/a> set up now, so I really am looking forward to getting some feedback and discussion going there.
